Hey! I’m Joshua Walton-Taylor, the photographer behind JWTshots.

I’m a Brackley-based photographer with a love for capturing real, raw moments, from the intensity of grassroots sport to the quiet beauty in everyday life. My style is natural, relaxed and people-focused. Whether it’s a portrait, a fast-paced match or a spontaneous street shot, I aim to tell a story in every frame.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me out on a long walk (I’m a big fan of getting my steps in), watching the football (shoutout to Crystal Palace and Northampton Town!) or catching the cricket with a coffee in hand.

I’ve always had a people-first mindset, with a background in people-facing roles. I love making others feel comfortable and seen, which definitely influences how I work with clients.

JWTshots started as a creative escape, but it quickly became something more: a way to connect with others, see the world from new angles and capture what really matters. I’m always up for travelling, trying new things and finding fresh perspectives. So, if you’ve got a story worth telling, I’d love to help bring it to life.
